Tuesday Atlas is comprised of vocalist/guitarist Dakota Boggs, guitarist Skyler Newsome, bassist Sisco, and drummer Easton Hawk. Through collaboration with recording artist Caleb Lewis (Champion O.I. Recording, We Love You) and audio engineer Nick Meade, we have become a full fledged musical endeavor borne out of a mutual love of music and friendship spanning back to 2009.
The four of us contribute to an eclectic sound of melancholic acoustic rock mixed with fiercely aggressive post-rock/grunge. We allow our influences (ranging from Manchester Orchestra and Buckethead, to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Turnstile) to shine through and blend into a curious cocktail of sounds, in spite of our vastly different personal tastes.
Music tells stories, and we strive to let each track we create tell the story it wants to tell, not limited by genre or convention. Our goal is, and always has been, to write music that speaks to people in all walks of life, and inspires others in the way that their art has inspired us. Ultimately, we want to share with the world everything we love about music through this project.
In 2022, we released an entire series of lyric videos for our album, "The Stone Tape," which are available here.
We also are in the process of creating Playthrough videos for various songs and instruments, the first of which is here.
There are a few live sessions available, recorded professionally and some recorded by friends, available here.
